Neon: Glow Desk Clock

Privacy policy

Neon works offline. The app does not collect personal data, track you, or send your settings to a server.

Effective date: September 18, 2026. This policy covers Neon: Glow Desk Clock for iPhone, iPad, and Mac, including its widgets. The app is provided by Adam Tomczyk.

Data in the app

Neon does not require an account and has no advertising, analytics SDKs, or external network services. It does not collect identifiers, location, contacts, usage history, or other personal data. It does not sell or share personal data, and it does not track activity across other apps or websites.

Settings stay on your device

Preferences such as clock color, intensity, time format, and focus-mode size are stored locally using operating-system preferences. Widgets keep their own local configuration. Neon reads the device's current time and time zone to display the clock. These values are not transmitted by the app. Device backups, if enabled, are managed by your operating system and backup provider.

Apple services

Downloading the app and any diagnostics you choose to share through Apple are governed by Apple's settings and privacy practices. Neon includes no separate crash-reporting or analytics service.

Support email

If you email support, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send. We use that information to respond to your request and resolve the issue. Please do not send sensitive information that is unnecessary for support. You may request deletion of your support correspondence by emailing the address below.

This support website

This website is separate from the app and is hosted using OpenAI Sites. Hosting providers may process technical request information needed to deliver and secure the website. We have not added advertising, analytics scripts, or tracking cookies to these pages.

Children

The app does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. No registration or personal information is needed to use it.

Changes and contact
